Ormecon succeeded in developing a new dispersion grade which allows to deposit thin layers of around 150 nm or more with a specific conductivity of over 200 S/cm. The new grade is available for research and development purposes and will be upscaled within the next time. Further research is ongoing in order to determine the structure-conductivity relationship. As a first result, conductivity values of around and above 350 S/cm have been
realised (not yet available for outside sampling).
