Ormecon Chemie and BLT
Young cooperation with British distributor shows first success in UK / Organic Metal and tin as solderable surface finish for printed circuit boards
After not even 2 months of cooperation between BLT (Suffolk, UK) and Ormecon Chemie (Ammersbek/Hamburg, Germany) first commercial success was reached. These days, the first regular order for ORMECON CSN was placed and delivered by Ormecon to UK.
BLT had started distributing Ormecon's Organic Metal based revolutionary PCB surface finish after a contract of early October. BLT will distribute in UK exclusively. It is a company well established in the British PCB market supplying specialty chemicals for the PCB rpducers and assemblers.
The first customer is a company working with a conventional immersion tin bath. Directly during the first trials, ORMECON CSN showed its oustanding performance. Another 3 customers are actually evaluating the new technology.
