Ormecon grants a license to DuPont

Ormecon and DuPont have signed a contract end of August 2000, according to which DuPont takes a license to produce and sell a new high performance polymer blend with polyaniline. The contract is effective from Oct 1st 2000 on. The application of the blend is not being disclosed. The contract is a result of the earlier cooperation contract which has been terminated, but DuPont and Ormecon continue to coooperate in certain special applications of polyaniline.
