As the first company in the world we are delivering ORMECON polyaniline, an "organic metal". It is available as a powder (only internal), predispersion (upon special contracts) or in ready-to-use blends.

Polyaniline in technical applications:

New solderable surface finish for Printed Circuit Boards

• ORMECON ^® at an ultrathin layer of only 80 nm thickness allows a completely new technology to produce solderable surface finish for printed circuit boards.

Corrosion protection

• A revolutionary corrosion prevention principle is   "CORRPASSIV" (as a preventive corrosion primer),  based on PAni.

Transparent antistatic coatings

• Polyaniline provides elegant protection against electrostatic charges for high-grade electronic components. The coatings are transparent (green), abrasion-resistant and highly conductive even at thicknesses of only 1 micron (adjustable from approx. 10³ to 10⁵ Ohm).

Hole injection layer for OLEDs and PLEDs

• D 1005 W LED can be deposited as an ultrathin layer (15 - 100 nm) on ITO and serves as hole injection layer.The work function necessary for hole injection is smoothed and tuned; the conductivity is optimized for passive matrix devices. Improved performance data have observed, as well as a prolonged lifetime of the organic LEDs. Introduction into OLED and PLED technology.
