I would like to encourage to discuss here in this group, I will only take
care of having all comments be gathered in the publicly available server
(http://www.ormecon.de/) on its special pages.
I agree, that official comments (published in JCSE) should only be made to
accepted and fixed papers; what I am trying to encourage, is an unofficial,
but nevertheless serious, active and productive discussion about a
scientific paper (and maybe about several other to come).
