I would like to answer in two parts, part 1:
Mr. Scantlebury, it is an interesting way of answering in a discussion, you
are choosing: you did not reply to my statements at all, but you opened
another question. I will answer your questions or statement you gave, in my
next part 2, but may I ask also to reply to the arguments which I had
pointed out previously?
